How do I take Xenical®?
Together with each of the 3 main meals of the day, take 1 capsule of Xenical® with a glass of water. Xenical® can be taken during the meal or up to 1 hour after the meal is consumed. Always keep a Xenical® capsule handy so you won’t forget to take it during every main meal.
No beverage is prohibited but if you are serious about losing weight, you need to avoid sweetened drinks.

I am a user of xenical before it is effective but i stop using it due to budget i try some other products that is much cheaper but xenical is the best i suggest that if possible to less the price of each capsule.
